Meeting at Elsie’s Restaurant & Bowling<\/strong><\/span>
\n1. Show date is May 11th 2019<\/strong><\/span>
\n2. Meeting Dates are – January 19th, February 9th. March 9th, April 13th.<\/strong><\/span>
\n3. Financials – <\/strong><\/span>
\n4. Show Posters – Mercedes for 2019<\/strong><\/span>
\n5. More Room for parking?<\/strong><\/span>
\n6. Porsche Club<\/strong><\/span>
\n7. Problems last year & solutions for this year i.e. parking and co-ordination with city officials<\/strong><\/span>

\n4 – Show posters<\/strong> – Mercedes club was in attendance and is working on getting an illustration for the poster
\n5 – Parking:<\/strong> More parking is not needed as of yet, but possibly in the future. John will talk to Osseo about future plans. The show grows a bit every year.
\n6 – Clubs:<\/strong> Keeping the Porsche club in the loop on meetings and other information.
\n7 – Problems last year<\/strong> – Parking- streets not all posted for no parking, will be closely coordinating with police chief to ensure that this sort of thing does not happen again
\n8 – Other items.<\/p>\n

We do need a list of club contacts,<\/strong> <\/span>so if you’re not the contact, let us know who is and we can add them to the list we have.
\nPlease, Please be sure that your club and or vehicle comes in at the designated entrance. Do not enter by driving around the street barriers. We will do all we can to move the cars quickly through, cars entering from the wrong place causes traffic problems and confusion.<\/p>\n

Paying for club reserved spots is now due by January 31st of 2019.<\/strong> FEE IS $100. <\/strong><\/span>This ensures that all the clubs that pay get their spots designated and are on the poster. Payment can be given to InterMarque Treasurer Dave Lindemann at one of the meetings or breakfasts. They can also be mailed to him

All clubs should have their cars in place by 9 AM,<\/strong><\/span> otherwise they could risk lose some of their parking spots to general parking.<\/p>\n
