For the second year in a row THE LIFT GARAGE COMMUNITY CAR SHOW served as a gathering place to celebrate community, cars, and caring in Minneapolis’ Downtown Longfellow neighborhood.
In addition to taking in a wide variety of cars (that rarely sit in the same parking lot together), participants and spectators were provided free ice cream treats from Blue Bell as well as tours of THE LIFT GARAGE facility.
Congratulations to Lynn Schulte who won Best In Show for her 1955 Hudson Metropolitan.
On the fundraising side of things the TRIUMPH CLUB raised the most amount of money coming in at $3,750. The ALFA ROMEO CLUB came in second at $1,250. Other generous donations pushed the total for the event to $5,772! Almost $1,000 more than last year’s event!
The Lift Garage, MN Triumph Club, MN Alfa Romeo Club, and InterMarque all leveraged our various skills and networks to bring this event to life. We’ll keep you posted as next year’s planning comes into focus!
